AGM 2026 Rescheduled
Due to an insufficient number of members present to meet the quorum for the AGM on March 8, 2026, as required by the BPGC by-law (35% of active members), the 2026 AGM has been rescheduled to *April 5, 2026, immediately following the Easter Joint Service.* The updated AGM agenda has been posted on our church website. The Deacon Board sincerely asks all members to reserve this date and time to attend the annual AGM so that the church’s 2026 operating budget can be reviewed and approved.
*As the presentations and Q&A sessions were already conducted on March 8, 2026, there will be no ministry or report presentations at this AGM.
由於2026年3月8日舉行的會友大會出席人數未達到本會章程所規定的法定人數（需要 35% 的活躍會友出席), 因此 2026年會友大會將改期至 2026年4月5日, 復活節聯合崇拜結束後舉行。更新後的會友大會議程已張貼在教會網站上。執事會誠懇邀請各位會友預留此日期和時間出席年度會友大會, 以便審議並通過教會 2026年度的運作預算。
註：由於各事工報告的簡報及問答環節已於2026年3月8日進行, 因此本次會友大會將不再安排任何事工或報告的簡報。
